Delivery Area

We currently deliver only within Milan city.

We offer same-day delivery on all standard products displayed on our website.

Cut-off time:
Orders must be placed before 4:00 PM for same-day delivery.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be delivered the next day.

For custom bouquets, event florals, or personalized arrangements:

Orders must be placed at least 1 day (24 hours) before delivery.
Additional notice may be required during peak seasons (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, holidays).

This ensures we can source specific flowers and prepare high-quality arrangements.

Deliveries are made daily between:
10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

We try to honor preferred delivery times, but exact timing cannot be guaranteed.

If the recipient is not present at the delivery address:

Our courier will attempt to call the customer or recipient.
If unreachable, the order may be left with a neighbor, concierge, or a safe location when appropriate.
A second delivery attempt may require an additional fee.
